§1

Name of the association, registered office and financial year.

The association is named: Heimat- und Geschichtsverein Herborn-Seelbach (Herborn-Seelbach Local History and Heritage Association). It was founded on January 20, 1987.

The association is based in Herborn-Seelbach, Lahn-Dill district. The financial year is the calendar year.

The association is registered in the register of associations at the Herborn District Court under number 434. It bears the suffix "e.V." (registered association).

 

§ 2

Tasks of the association

The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the law.

§ 3

§ 6

Meetings – Annual General Meeting

§ 7
